SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship U.P.S. Ground Service, FedEx and United States Postal Service. We DO NOT CHARGE any handling fees. Delivery time generally runs 2 to 4 weeks within the U.S.A. PLEASE understand that shipping charges can change due to outside circumstances and are not written in stone, at this time we are offering the least expensive shipping charges that we can (SEE NOTE BELOW).
For special shipping and orders from outside the continental U.S.A. Please contact us for shipping charges along with delivery time to your location.
On the off chance you receive a damaged package have the carrier note any damages as this must be reported immediately upon receipt, to the delivery company as well as JAD Products Inc.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy from the day your product is received. Merchandise must be sent within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging with all manuals, accessories and must be in like-new condition to obtain a refund.
